Máximo Pradera (Madrid, 1958) studied Philology and Journalism at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has worked as a scriptwriter and a host on television programs, activities for which he has received several awards and ample professional recognition. He is an expert in classical music and, for eight years, directed the radio show Ciclos, on Sinfo Radio, later becoming a classical music commentator on the popular show La Ventana.Hecurrently collaborates with different radio programs and has written an informal history of music titled ¿De qué me suena eso?, as well as three novels under the pen name Joseph Gelinek: La décima sinfonía, El violín del diablo and Morir a los 27.
