This is the second part of the Virtual Life serie. The year is 2134. Humans are confined to living in the big cities to enjoy themselves and have a good time while the machines do all the work. All humans have to do is enjoy their long and pleasant lives, connected by means of ocular implants to the Virtual Life corporation.
Dan is 15 years old and for some strange reason his implants have never worked properly. He has always seen strange things, images that nobody else can see, disturbing, nightmarish flashes. Or could it be, as he is beginning to suspect, another world? Could there be something more than Virtual.
